Can Juano is a typical ibizencan farmhouse, which we respectfully restored in true ibizencan style,preserving the huge, thick walls made from local stone and the original wooden roof beams from the sabina trees only sourced in the balearic islands.
The house itself is 250 m2 and has a spacious lounge with fireplece, TV, fully equipped kitchen- dining room, 3 bathrooms and 4 double bedrooms.
Outside of the house you will find a barbecue area,swimming pool with jacuzzi surrounded by spacious gardens and a special play area for children.
The house is cozy and comfortable and the property itself is situated in 100.000 m2 of land surrounded by orange, lemon, carob and ancient olive trees.
We the owners, live adjacent to the house, look after the home and a small kitchen garden where we cultivate fruit and vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, melons and watermelons) that can also be purchased by our respective clients.
